This week’s game as the title suggests a difficult result to stomach. It was also a case of not taking advantage of our periods of dominance (much like the Queensland Roar, only we are betting looking) which in the end cost us the game as we lost 3-2. On a personal note, the game had both its high and lows. The high was finally ending my scoring drought (I had scored since our first ever grading game) but was combined with the low of letting in the losing goal, to a pretty ordinary piece of keeping. Also thought I had managed another goal but the referee thought otherwise. We played really well throughout  but we couldn’t find the back of the net when it counted and were made to pay when our opposition scored either side of the half time break and at the death. Overall, it was a disappointing loss considering how well we played.
