After last week’s disappointing performance and result it was nice to bounce back with a somewhat comfortable 4-3 win. It was a tough night out for the girls of Max Power FC as this match came straight after a bruising Maxine Power FC encounter (which coincidentally they won 13-5). And this showed a little as they didn’t have the usual sparkle. The match also saw Julian score his first ever goal in Max Power colours with a nicely taken goal from around the half-way line. It was also a great time to score it as it was his last game for the season as he if off to get married. Another highlight was our fourth and Caroline’s second goal as she turned and somehow looped the ball over the goalkeeper’s head.
